The Assessment document within TCM Management has been updated.
With this update:
• The "Abuse/Violence" option has been changed to "Abuse/Violence/Trauma".
• The following selection options have been added:
- Human Exploitation
- Sexual
- Trafficking
- Physical
- Emotional
- Financial Exploitation
- Other
• When "Other" is selected, the required "Other (Specify)" field is displayed to provide additional details.
This improvement allows more detailed information to be documented in the Assessment document.
