The filter button in the All Appointments view has been renamed to better reflect its functionality.
With this update:
• The button is now labeled "Load Last Filter".
• Selecting it automatically reapplies the last filter used by the user.
This change makes the feature more intuitive and simplifies reusing previously applied filters.
