A new setting has been added to Appointment Types that allows administrators to control whether the company's EIN (Tax ID) and NPI are included in appointment notes.
With this update:
• The setting can be configured independently for each Appointment Type.
• When enabled, the company's EIN (Tax ID) and NPI are automatically included in appointment notes generated for that appointment type.
• When disabled, this information is omitted from the appointment notes.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility in controlling the information displayed in appointment notes based on the selected appointment type.
