A new Status History feature has been added to appointments, providing a complete audit trail of all status changes throughout the appointment lifecycle.
With this update:
• A new Status History option is available from the appointment's Actions menu.
• The option is displayed only when the appointment has recorded status changes.
• The history is presented as a timeline, showing each status transition, including the previous status, new status, the user (or the system) who performed the action, the date and time, notes, and any additional information associated with the status change.
• When a patient changes the appointment status through a system-generated link, the action is also recorded in the history, identifying the patient as the user who performed the change.
This enhancement improves auditability and provides complete visibility into the status history of every appointment.
