Support for Addendums has been added to completed TCM documents.
With this update:
• A new Addendum List option is available for completed documents.
• Users can view all Addendums associated with the document.
• New Addendums can be created by specifying a reason, content, and, optionally, attaching a supporting document.
• Each Addendum must be signed by the provider before it can be saved.
This enhancement allows additional information or corrections to be documented while preserving the original document.
