Treatment area documentation has been enhanced to allow the treated side to be recorded individually for each selected treatment area.
With this update:
• When one or more Treatment Areas are selected, the system automatically displays a Side Treated field for each selected area.
• Each area allows the user to specify Left, Right, or Bilateral.
• When multiple treatment areas are selected, each one maintains its own Side Treated selection.
• The Cervical area does not require a side selection, as it is not applicable.
• The Other option includes a short text field for entering a custom value.
This enhancement provides more accurate and detailed documentation of the treatment performed during each session.
