The Copy Previous Note functionality has been enhanced to automatically recalculate CPT code times based on the current appointment.
With this update:
• When a previous note is copied, the system automatically recalculates the start and end times for all CPT codes using the current appointment start time as the reference.
• The duration of each CPT code is preserved while only the scheduled times are updated.
• Manual adjustment of CPT code times is no longer required after copying a note.
This enhancement ensures that copied notes remain consistent with the current appointment schedule while reducing manual edits.
