New text assistance tools have been added to the Subjective, Assessment, and Plan sections of Daily Treatment Notes.
With this update:
• Summarize generates a concise summary of the field's content.
• Rephrase rewrites the text to improve clarity and readability.
• Voice Dictation (microphone button) converts speech into text and appends it to the field without replacing the existing content.
These tools streamline clinical documentation and help create clearer, more consistent treatment notes.
