With this update:
- If unsaved changes are detected, the system allows you to load the pending changes or discard them before continuing.
- If another user saves changes while you are editing the same service, the system detects the conflict and allows you to either reload the latest version or overwrite it with your current changes.
This enhancement helps prevent data loss and provides a safer workflow when multiple edits occur on the same service.
