The Traces functionality has been enhanced to provide more detailed tracking of changes made to Patients, Appointment Types, and Appointment Type Services.
With this update:
- Each trace now provides a field-by-field view of the changes made, clearly displaying the previous value and the new value.
- Trace details are available to managers and users who have been granted permission to access Traces.
- A new Restore option allows authorized managers to undo changes and restore selected fields to their previous values.
- Deleted records can also be restored along with their associated dependent data.
- For security and control, the Restore functionality is available exclusively to managers.
This enhancement provides greater visibility into changes made within the system and gives managers additional control to restore information when necessary.
