TCM case supervision has been enhanced to allow a specific supervisor to be assigned to each case, independently of the supervisor assigned to the Case Manager.
With this update:
- Each TCM case can have its own Case Supervisor.
- If the Case Supervisor field is left blank, the system automatically continues using the TCM supervisor assigned to the Case Manager.
- The supervisor assigned to the case will have access to the corresponding patients, appointments, and services.
- Pending signature notifications related to the case are sent to the assigned Case Supervisor.
- During signing and billing, if no signature has been recorded yet, the Case Supervisor assigned to the case is used.
- If the assigned Case Supervisor is no longer active within the company, the system displays a red warning to clearly identify the situation.
- The Case Supervisor is also displayed when attending an appointment and in patient lists.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility in TCM case supervision without relying exclusively on the supervisor assigned to each Case Manager.
