Payroll has been updated so that TCM services belonging to the same Progress Note are handled as a single unit when processing payments.
With this update:
- Each Progress Note appears as a single line in Payroll, showing the total units for all services included in it.
- Payment is processed for the entire Progress Note; individual services or units within the same Progress Note cannot be paid separately.
- Each line clearly shows how many services are included and which services they are, making it easier to review the information before processing payment.
This enhancement keeps TCM payments consistent with appointment-level unit calculations and prevents partial payments for the same Progress Note.
