Clinical documentation management has been enhanced so that available forms and services are better aligned with the company's location and the patient's age.
With this update:
- The new CFARS form, the pediatric version of FARS, is now available within patient documentation.
- State-specific forms, such as those for Florida, are only available to companies located in the corresponding state.
- Documents that were previously created remain accessible, even if they would no longer be available based on the company's state.
- When configuring an Appointment Type, available predefined services are also filtered based on the company's state.
- Documents configured with an age range are only available when the patient's age falls within the specified range.
This enhancement helps ensure that companies and patients are presented with clinical documentation that is relevant to their location and age.
