New configuration options have been added for MSO companies, providing greater control over the statuses used to manage Facilities and access to company information.
With this update:
- Facility statuses can now be configured independently for each company.
- Companies can choose which statuses are available in Facility lists, filters, and selection fields.
- Disabled statuses will no longer be available for new selections, but Facilities that already have one of those statuses will retain it, preserving existing information.
- The New status is required and cannot be disabled.
- A new Company Information permission has been added, allowing companies to control which users can access this section.
This enhancement allows each MSO to tailor Facility management to its needs while providing greater control over access to company information.
