A new Patient Profile experience has been introduced, completely redesigned to provide a faster, more organized, and intuitive way to review and manage patient clinical, administrative, and TCM information.
The redesigned experience reorganizes patient information and improves navigation across the different areas of the record, making it easier to locate information and access available actions.
Accessing the New Version
When opening a Patient Profile from the previous version, the system displays a notification letting users know that the New Patient Profile is now available.
From this notification, users can select “Go to the new version” to start using the redesigned experience.
During the transition period, the previous version will remain available until October 1, 2026, giving users time to become familiar with the new design.
Once in the new version, the “Back to the previous version” option will also be available for users who need to temporarily return to the previous experience.
Patient Overview
The General Information section serves as the main view of the new profile and provides a consolidated patient overview, making the most relevant information in the patient record easier to review at a glance.
The new layout provides a clearer overview of clinical and administrative information, insurance, appointments, TCM, authorizations, and other relevant patient information before reviewing each area in greater detail.
Profile Navigation
The redesigned profile includes a persistent side navigation menu that organizes the different sections of the patient record and makes moving between them faster and more intuitive.
The new section layout makes each area easier to identify and reduces the number of steps required to locate and manage information.
Action Buttons
Available actions are presented through icon-based buttons, creating a cleaner and more organized interface with less visual clutter.
When users hover over an icon, the system automatically displays a description of the corresponding action, making each button easier to identify before selecting it.
