The Hospital Notifications (ADT) module has been updated to make it easier to identify and track the most important events, centralize access to information, and streamline the review of pending notifications.
With this update:
- A High, Medium, or Low priority can now be assigned to each hospital notification type.
- Priorities can be configured from a new window that includes a search function to quickly locate notification types.
- The notification list is automatically sorted based on the assigned priority, and each notification displays its corresponding priority label.
- The configuration button is now a menu with two separate options: Configure Monitoring and Configure Priorities.
- A new Hospital Notifications card has been added to the home page, displaying unread hospital notifications.
- Additional notifications can be loaded by scrolling, and users can open the notification details directly from the card.
- A new Hospital Notifications section has been added to the patient dashboard, providing access to the patient’s complete notification history, including both read and unread notifications.
- The patient section includes a search function and filters by status and priority, making it easier to locate specific events.
- The notification detail view has been standardized, providing the same information and experience regardless of where the notification is opened.
- Event type descriptions have been updated to differentiate visit updates from updates to the person’s information.
- Previously received notifications have also been updated to reflect this new distinction.
This enhancement makes it easier to prioritize events that require immediate attention, reduce search time, and improve hospital event follow-up for each patient, providing a more organized and consistent experience across the system.
