The behavior of the General Management section in group appointments has been corrected when the worker responsible for the service is changed.
Previously, if a group appointment was created with a responsible worker and the service’s responsible worker was later changed, the individual entries were correctly updated with the newly assigned worker, but General Management remained associated with the original worker. As a result, the documentation could appear blank for the new responsible worker.
With this update:
- General Management now automatically recognizes the current worker responsible for the service.
- If the responsible worker is changed after the group appointment has been created, the section updates to recognize the newly assigned worker.
- Both individual entries and General Management remain correctly associated with the current responsible worker.
- This prevents General Management documentation from appearing blank for the new responsible worker after an assignment change.
This correction provides greater continuity and consistency in group appointment documentation, particularly when changes are made to responsible worker assignments.
