With this update:
- The Inbox email list now loads significantly faster.
- The side menu counter now displays the number of unread emails, instead of the total number of messages in the folder.
- In the Sent and Drafts folders, the email list now displays the recipient instead of the sender.
- When a folder is empty, there are no drafts, or a search returns no matches, the system displays an informative message instead of leaving the screen blank.
- When users reach the end of the available messages in a folder, the system indicates that they have reached the end of the list.
- Email searches are also triggered when the user leaves the search field, without requiring them to press Enter.
- If the mailbox does not respond or some messages cannot be retrieved, the system displays a specific notification about the issue, instead of incorrectly showing that there are no results.
- When closing a search, the user returns to the folder they were previously viewing, rather than always returning to the Inbox.
These improvements provide a faster, clearer, and more consistent Company Email experience, with more accurate information while navigating and searching for messages.
