The identification of resubmitted claims has been improved, making it easier to distinguish them from claims submitted for the first time and clearly identify when a resubmission occurred.
With this update:
- When a claim is resubmitted, it is identified as Resubmitted.
- In the claim details, the (Resubmitted) label appears next to the current status, making it easy to recognize that the claim has been resubmitted.
- In the claim status history, the date of the resubmission is clearly identified.
- The Sent to clearinghouse status corresponding to the resubmission is also marked in the history.
- This makes it easier to identify each resubmission in the claim timeline and distinguish it from the original submission.
This improvement provides greater billing process traceability, making it easier to track resubmitted claims and identify their activity within the claim history.
