Improvements have been made to patient provider management, e-Prescription access, and error handling during patient report generation.
With this update:
- When entering the name of a patient provider that was previously deleted, the system now creates a new providerinstead of restoring the deleted record.
- When a patient provider is created, edited, or deleted, the changes are immediately reflected in lists and dropdown menus.
- The Prescribe button in the medication window is now displayed based on each provider’s individual e-Prescription connection, rather than the company’s overall connection.
- Providers who are not connected to e-Prescription will continue to have the Prescribe button available.
- If an issue occurs while generating a patient report, the Error status now displays a clear user-facing message instead of technical error details.
These improvements provide more consistent and up-to-date patient provider management, adjust e-Prescription behavior based on each provider, and provide clearer information when patient report generation encounters an issue.
