A new option has been added to the Diagnoses table to make it easier to associate or remove diagnoses from a service.
With this update:
- A new checkbox has been added to the Diagnoses table header.
- Selecting it associates all diagnoses with the service at once.
- Clearing it removes all diagnoses from the service at once.
- Diagnoses can still be selected or cleared individually when needed.
This enhancement streamlines diagnosis management during service documentation, especially when working with multiple diagnoses at the same time.
