A new validation has been added to the Daily Treatment Note to prevent documentation from being completed when any of its codes contains an invalid time range.
With this update:
- When completing a Daily Treatment Note, the system validates the start and end times entered for each code.
- If any code has an end time earlier than its start time, the note cannot be completed until the time is corrected.
- The notification specifically identifies which code contains the incorrect time, making it easier to locate and correct.
This enhancement helps maintain more accurate and consistent documentation by preventing PT and OT notes from being completed with incorrect time ranges.
