The appointment deletion process has been adjusted to properly manage pending participant signature requestsassociated with the appointment.
With this update:
- When an appointment is deleted, all pending signature requests for its participants are automatically removed.
- Notifications associated with those requests are also removed, preventing them from continuing to appear after the appointment has been deleted.
- If a participant later attempts to access the previously received link, a message indicates that the signature request is no longer available.
This enhancement keeps signature request information synchronized with the appointment status and prevents requests associated with deleted appointments from remaining pending.
