The new Overview provides a consolidated view of the company’s financial position for the selected period, bringing key indicators for profit, income, expenses, payroll, banking, debt, and investments together on a single screen.
With this update:
- Four main cards have been added: Net profit · Earnings, showing net profit, margin, and performance throughout the period; Income, showing total collected and the number of transactions; Expenses, showing total paid; and Payroll, showing payroll payments.
- The Income, Expenses, and Payroll cards separate completed and pending amounts through Receivable, Payable, and Payroll payable. Each section provides direct access to transactions already filtered by type and status, without leaving the Dashboard.
- The new Incomes by Month chart displays completed income for each month of the current year and includes Year to date, Best month, and Monthly average indicators. Best month and monthly average are calculated using completed months.
- The current month is identified as partial, indicating the date through which its income has been calculated.
- Latest transactions displays the most recent transactions recorded within the selected period and provides direct access to their details.
- Bank Accounts displays connected accounts, their balances, and Total in banks.
- Debts provides a consolidated view of company obligations, including credit cards and their available credit, Accounts payable, Total debts, Available credit (cards), and a coverage indicator comparing available cash with debt.
- Investments displays investment accounts and Total in investments.
- Bank Accounts, Debts, and Investments are displayed when bank accounts are enabled for the company and provide direct access to their corresponding views.
The new Overview brings together both period performance and the company’s current financial position, providing a more complete view of transactions, balances, and financial obligations.
