The new Dashboard allows income, expenses, and payroll to be created and edited directly from the transaction view, with specific options for each transaction type.
With this update:
- The New button allows users to create Income, Expense, or Payroll records. When the view is already filtered by transaction type, the new record automatically uses that type.
- Income and Expense forms include Reason, Category, Observations, Date, Amount, Frequency, and Status, along with document attachments.
- Categories can be selected from existing options or created directly while entering the transaction.
- Income and expenses can be recorded as one-time transactions or as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring series.
- For recurring series, Upcoming status defines the status assigned to future occurrences.
- Documents can be attached either by selecting files or dragging them directly into the form.
- The new Payroll form displays information for the selected worker, including contact information, Payment type, Previous payroll, and Work schedules.
- Payroll records include Payment corresponding to, Amount paid, Payment Date & Time, Observations, Documents, and Status.
- Depending on the worker’s configured payment method, the system can include period sales and commissions or the corresponding services through Completed Services or Billed and Paid Services.
- Sales or services can be searched, filtered by date, and selected individually. Based on the selection, the system suggests the payroll amount, which can be manually adjusted before saving.
- Manageable transactions can be edited from their action menu or detail view using the same form with the existing information already loaded.
- For recurring series, the frequency remains fixed. If the amount is changed, the update can be applied to Only this one, All of them, or From the date.
These improvements centralize the management of individual and recurring transactions as well as payroll payments, including the information and supporting documentation required for each record.
