Generate documents has been added across all Dashboard views, bringing together the accounting documents that can be generated from the information recorded in Accounting.
Profit & Loss · Income Statement
- Profit & Loss · Income Statement generates the income statement for the selected period.
- The document displays income, operating expenses broken down by category, total payroll, and the net profit for the period along with its margin.
- The document period can be changed using Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, and Full year, or by selecting a custom date range.
- Download PDF downloads the document for the period currently selected.
- Share allows the document to be shared through Email, Message, or WhatsApp.
- When using Message, the recipient and accompanying text can be specified.
- Both downloads and sharing options always use the document for the period currently displayed on screen.
This functionality makes it possible to generate, review, and share the company’s income statement directly from the Dashboard, using different reporting periods as needed.
