The new Dashboard follows the Accounting permissions configured for each user, determining what information they can review and what actions they can perform. Options the user does not have permission to use are not displayed in the Dashboard.
Read Permission
- Allows users to access the Dashboard and review its information.
- Includes the Overview, transactions, transaction details, and accounting documents.
Create Permission
- Allows users to create new income, expense, and payroll records.
- Allows bank transactions to be recorded in Accounting.
Edit Permission
- Allows users to edit and delete transactions.
- Allows users to change transaction statuses.
- Allows users to stop or reactivate recurring series.
Bank Account Permissions
- To view Bank Accounts, the functionality must be enabled for the company and the user must have the corresponding permission.
- To connect new accounts or disconnect existing ones, the user must also have permission to manage them.
This permission structure ensures that each user has access only to the information and actions allowed by their permissions, maintaining control over accounting data access and management.
