The warning displayed when a patient has appointment scheduling conflicts has been improved to provide more complete information about overlapping appointments.
- When selecting an appointment’s date and time, the warning now displays all of the patient’s appointments that overlap with that time, instead of showing only the first one.
- Each appointment included in the warning displays its service and responsible worker.
This improvement makes it easier to identify and review all scheduling conflicts before continuing with the appointment.
