- For services with a preserved diagnosis list, Completed Services, the claim, and the Completed Services Pending Billing Report use the primary diagnosis saved in the note.
- Services with ICD-9 diagnoses include those diagnoses, along with their descriptions, in the claim and the Completed Services Pending Billing Report.
- Service details in Completed Services can also be opened when the insurance does not have an Availity payer ID.
These changes help keep service diagnosis information consistent throughout the billing process and expand access to completed service details.
