Patient pharmacy synchronization between Amexzone and E-Prescription has been improved to keep pharmacy information up to date across both platforms.
Patient pharmacies are synchronized with E-Prescription, whether accessed from the Patient Dashboard or during an appointment.
When the E-Prescription window is closed, pharmacies added or removed within E-Prescription are also updated in the patient's pharmacy list in Amexzone.
Changes to the default pharmacy within E-Prescription, including changing or removing its designation, are also reflected in Amexzone.
If ScriptSure does not confirm a pharmacy change made in Amexzone, the change is still saved, and a notification indicates that synchronization will be retried the next time E-Prescription is opened.
Patient pharmacy changes received from ScriptSure are recorded in Logs, allowing users to review the modifications.
These improvements help maintain consistent pharmacy information across both platforms, preserve changes when synchronization cannot be confirmed immediately, and provide a record of received modifications.
