Traces have been expanded to provide more detailed tracking of actions performed on reports across different areas of the system.
When a report is generated from a list, the action is recorded in Traces with the corresponding list name, for example: “Generated the appointments report.”
This tracking includes reports for patients, appointments, attendance, TCM services, appointments and services pending billing, payment history, balance, workers, notifications, Traces, credentials, Facilities, and Providers, among others.
Generating credential reports, including reports for individual credential history records, is also recorded in Traces with the credential name and its owner's name.
For patient reports, Traces records who generates, regenerates, views, or downloads each report, including the patient's name and report date.
When a TCM services, balance, or worker report is deleted, the trace identifies the type of report deleted. For worker reports, it also specifies the worker associated with the report.
These improvements provide a more detailed history of report-related activities, making it easier to track actions and identify the records involved.
