The presentation of document signatures has been updated to display professional information directly within each signature, ensuring a consistent design across different areas of the system.
Each professional's credentials now appear alongside their signature instead of in the document header.
Each signature displays the professional's name with their professional title, license, and credentials that have the Show in Documents option enabled.
This format applies to everyone signing an appointment, including the primary professional, supervisor, participants, and addendum signers.
The same signature design is used in Consents, submitted forms and blank printable forms, Referrals, and Patient Reports.
Patient, responsible contact, and recipient signatures also follow the same design, with the corresponding role displayed below the name.
In TCM documents (Service Plan, Service Plan Review, and Service Plan Addendum), signatures display the professional title and credentials of the Case Manager and supervisor.
The typography used in Referrals has been adjusted to match the font used in appointment notes. Additionally, allergies without a recorded severity no longer display an empty label.
An issue preventing the generation of Patient Reports when an appointment included an external participant has been fixed. Reports now generate correctly, and the external participant's signature displays their name, professional title, and license.
These improvements standardize signature formatting and make it easier to identify each signer's professional information and role across documents.
