The Drug History functionality in the Medications section of the patient dashboard has been improved, allowing users to retrieve medication history directly from Amexzone without having to open E-Prescription first.
The Drug History button now requests medication history directly from pharmacies without requiring users to open E-Prescription beforehand.
The button is also available for patients who are not yet registered in ScriptSure. When selected, the patient is automatically registered in the platform to initiate the request.
While medication history is being retrieved, a download notification is displayed, and the screen automatically waits for the response without requiring additional user actions.
If no medication history is returned, a message explains the reason, such as pharmacies being unable to locate the patient using their current information.
If the response takes longer than expected, a Retry button appears, allowing users to request the medication history again.
When a patient has no medications recorded, the list displays a specific message indicating that no medications are registered in Amexzone, distinguishing it from messages related to Drug History.
These improvements simplify medication history retrieval, provide clearer feedback throughout the process, and make the functionality accessible even when a patient has not yet been registered in ScriptSure.
