The Goal Status calculation in Treatment Plan Review has been corrected to prevent goals from displaying a blank status when new objectives are added or when their associated objectives have different statuses.
When a new objective is added during a review, the Goal Status is now calculated correctly based on the statuses of the other objectives associated with the goal.
An issue causing the Goal Status to appear blank when objectives had different statuses and none were achieved or partially achieved has been fixed.
Each Goal Status is determined based on its associated objectives:
Partially Achieved: When at least one objective is achieved or partially achieved.
Not Achieved: When no objectives are achieved or partially achieved, but at least one is marked as not achieved.
Not Initiated: When none of the previous conditions apply.
This fix ensures that the Goal Status accurately reflects objective progress during treatment plan reviews, preventing blank statuses from being displayed
