Treatment Plan Closing allows you to close a Treatment Plan using the information previously documented in the plan.
During the closing process, the worker can review and close the corresponding Goals and Objectives and complete the required information:

Reason for Discharge
Comments
Information related to previously documented Goals, Objectives, and Interventions remains available during the closing process, allowing the worker to record the final status of the Goals and Objectives and properly close the Treatment Plan.
