You can check a patient’s eligibility in two ways:
Option 1: From the patient list
Go to Patients > All Patients and locate the corresponding patient. In the Payment & Eligibility section, select Check Eligibility.
This option allows you to check eligibility directly from the patient list without having to open the patient’s profile.
Option 2: From the patient’s profile
Open the patient’s profile and go to Insurance & Eligibility. Locate the corresponding insurance and select Check Eligibility.
Both options allow you to check the eligibility of the insurance associated with the patient.
