To add a new worker, the company administrator or the person with access to the Workers section must send them an invitation through the system. The invitation is sent from the Human Resources section, using the New Worker option, where the required fields must be completed. This invitation will be sent to the new worker via email and, if preferred, the invitation link can also be shared directly.
The worker must access the system and complete the registration form if it is their first time logging in. If they already have a previous registration, they only need to select Log in, and their account will be automatically linked to the company.
Once the registration is completed, the worker will move from the Pending invitations section to the Workers registry.
