Why can’t a therapist see an appointment in their account?

This happens because the therapist only has permission to view Group management appointments. To see appointments of other management types (BIO, MTP, PSR, IT, or Individual), the corresponding permission must be enabled.

How to fix it:

1. Go to the Workers section.

2. Open the worker’s profile.

3. Adjust the permissions, selecting the types of management the person should be able to view.

 Only users with access to the Workers section can make this change.
