To limit an appointment, go to the Appointments panel > Appointment Types. Then, select the appointment type or service you want to limit and click on the pencil icon to edit it.
Once inside, navigate to the Limit per Patient field, where you can set the limitation for the selected service based on the defined range.
It is important to note that this limitation will apply to all active patients in the system when assigning this service.
Additionally, you must have the Appointment Types permission within your assigned permissions to perform this action.
Once the range is defined, click Save to store the changes.
