If the note has already been completed, open the note and navigate to the right side of the screen, where you will find the Addendum List option. Click on it, and a window will open where you can add an addendum by selecting Add New.
Once you select this option, complete the required information:
- In the Reason field, select the reason for the addendum from the drop-down list.
- In the Content field, enter the additional information you want to add.
- In the Document field, you can upload a document if necessary.
After completing all the required fields, click Save to store the addendum.
Once saved, the addendum will be recorded and will be available for viewing in the Addendum List of the service note.
