To remove a supervision from a note, please note that this action is only available while the supervision is pending.
Go to the Appointments panel > All Appointments. On the right side of the appointment, you will see a warning triangle icon ⚠️ indicating that the supervision is pending.
Click on the warning icon and select the Remove Supervision option, identified by the trash bin icon 🗑️. This will remove the supervision from the appointment.
