Go to the Patients panel and search for the corresponding patient. On the right side, within the available options, you will find the Referrals section. Click Add to create a new referral.
A window will open where you must complete the requested information.
Please note that the referral document is automatically generated with a password. This password can be modified or removed if needed.
Once all required information has been completed, you must add the corresponding signature.
After completing the process, you can select one of the following options depending on what you need to do:
- Save and Send: saves and sends the referral.
- Save and Preview: saves the referral and allows you to preview the document.
Once the document is saved, it will appear in the Referrals view, where you will be able to access and review it. Additionally, from the document view, under the Actions section, you will find different options available for managing the referral.
