The New Patient Profile is a redesigned version of the patient profile that allows you to view and manage clinical, administrative, and TCM information more quickly, in a more organized and intuitive way. The new structure centralizes the main areas of the patient record and makes navigation easier.
To access it, open a patient’s profile from the previous version. The system will display a notification indicating that the New Patient Profile is available. Select “Go to the new version” to start using it.
During the transition period, the previous version will remain available until October 1, 2026. From the new profile, you can also select “Return to the previous version” to temporarily go back to the previous version.
The new profile includes a permanent side menu to make it easier to navigate between the different sections. In addition, actions are presented through icon buttons. When you hover over them, you can view a description of each button’s function.
