When a note goes through the supervision process and is rejected for corrections, you can easily locate it from the All Appointments section using the Requires Adjustments filter.
To find these notes:
- From the main menu, go to Appointments → All Appointments.
- In the filter panel on the left, select Requires Adjustments.
- The system will display the appointments or notes that require adjustments after the review process.
Once Requires Adjustments is selected, you can combine it with any of the other available filters to find a specific note more quickly. This helps narrow down the results and easily locate the notes that need to be corrected.
