When a question in a Questionnaire is associated with a Custom Field, the information entered in that question is stored in the corresponding custom field within the patient’s profile.
This allows the information to be retained and automatically reused in other Questionnaires or services that contain a question associated with the same Custom Field.
For example, if information is documented during one service and another Questionnaire that uses the same Custom Field is opened later, the system can display the previously stored information, eliminating the need to enter it again.
This allows Custom Fields to keep patient information centralized and available across different Questionnaires and services.
