Yes. When Vitals are recorded as part of a service or note, the information is automatically reflected in the Vitals section of the patient’s profile.
This helps maintain a centralized history of the patient’s vital signs, whether they were added directly from the patient’s profile or documented during a service.
To view this information:
- Go to Patients → All Patients.
- Search for and select the patient.
- Within the patient’s profile, select Vitals from the left-hand menu.
- The Vitals section will display the patient’s records, including those documented during services.
