The Vitals section within the patient’s profile allows users to record and review the patient’s vital signs and clinical measurements, keeping this information associated with the patient’s profile.
In Amexzone, Vitals can be added in two ways: from the Vitals section within the patient’s profile or by using the Add menu from General Information.
Option 1: From the Vitals Section
- From the main menu, go to patients → All Patients.
- Search for and select the patient.
- Within the patient’s profile, select Vitals from the left-hand menu.
Click Add, located in the upper-right corner. If the patient does not have any Vitals recorded yet, you can also use the Add button displayed in the center of the screen.
Option 2: From General Information
- Access the patient’s profile.
- From General Information, click Add at the top of the screen.
Select Vitals from the drop-down menu.
Complete the Vitals
In both cases, the New Vitals window will open, where you can enter:
- Height
- Weight
- BMI
- Blood Pressure
- Temperature
- Pulse
- Respiration Rate
- Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)
The date and time of the recording are displayed at the top of the window. Once the corresponding information has been entered, click Save to save the Vitals for the patient’s profile.
