The Reports feature allows you to compile information recorded in a specific patient’s chart into a single report. When creating a report, you can select the information you want to include and the time period you want to review, making it easier to access and review the patient’s clinical and administrative information.
Steps to Create a Report
Open the patient’s profile for whom you want to generate the report.
Select Reports from the left-side menu.
From the Reports section, click + New to create a new report.
Select the information you want to include.
You can choose from the available categories, such as personal information, allergies, medications, vitals, diagnoses, documentation, signed consents, appointments, and laboratory results.Select the time period.
For sections that display the calendar icon, you can select predefined periods such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month, Last month, This year, or Last year, or select Choose Dates to specify a custom date range.
6. Once you have selected all the information you want to include, click Generate Report.
Once generated, the report will begin processing in the background and will initially display a Processing status.
You do not need to remain on this screen while the report is being generated. You can continue working in other areas of the platform and return to the Reports section later.
To check whether the report has finished processing, click the Refresh button. Once the report has been successfully generated, its status will change from Processing to Completed.
What Can I Do Once the Report Is Completed?
Once the report displays a Completed status, several options become available to view, save, or share the information.
You can view the report and use the Actions menu to:
Print: Print the report.
Open PDF: Open the report in PDF format.
Open Link: Open the report through its link.
Send Mail: Send the report by email.
Download JPG: Download the report in JPG format.
Analyze the Report with Artificial Intelligence
Once the report is completed, you will also have the option to analyze its content using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This feature allows you to interact with the information included in the report and ask questions about its content, making it easier to review and locate relevant patient information.
Important
The report will only include information that has already been recorded and completed in the patient’s chart within the selected time period.
Information that has not yet been completed will not be included in the report.
Processing time may vary depending on the amount of information and the selected time period. While the report displays a Processing status, you can continue using the platform normally and return to Reports later to refresh the page and check when the status changes to Completed.
