In Amexzone Health, you can mark a note as Note of Maximum Importance to highlight important patient information and automatically display an alert when scheduling an appointment.
To enable this option, follow these steps:
- Access the patient's profile and navigate to the Notes section.
- Create a new note or edit an existing one.
Enable the Note of Maximum Importance option.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Once enabled, the alert will automatically appear in the following sections:
Patient Profile: The note will be highlighted in yellow under Important Notes in the left-hand menu.
Notes List: The note will be identified by a yellow warning triangle, indicating its maximum importance status.
Appointment Scheduling: When selecting the patient to schedule an appointment, a yellow alert box containing the note will automatically appear before completing the appointment.
Important Notes:
- Deactivate the Alert: In the notes list, click the yellow warning triangle to remove the maximum importance designation. The note will remain saved as a regular note but will no longer appear as an alert.
- Dismiss the Alert During Appointment Scheduling: Click the X on the yellow alert box to dismiss the message and continue scheduling the appointment. This does not delete the note or remove its maximum importance status.
