Where Can I Configure an Appointment Type to Require Positive Units?

In Amexzone Health, you can configure an Appointment Type to require positive units, either when creating a new one or editing an existing one.

To enable this setting, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Appointments > Appointment Types.
  2. You can configure this option in two ways:
    • Create a New Appointment Type: Click Create Appointment Type. During the creation process, you will find the Requires Positive Units option.

    • Edit an Existing Appointment Type: Locate the appointment type you want to modify and click the Edit (pencil) icon in the Management column.

  3. In the creation form or the Edit Type window, locate the Requires Positive Units option.
  4. Enable this option using the corresponding toggle switch.

  5. Click Save to save your changes.

Important: When this setting is enabled, the system will require services associated with that appointment type to have positive units (greater than zero).

Note: This setting must be configured individually for each Appointment Type and can be enabled either during creation or later by editing the existing appointment type.
